• matt: In the Spectrum original, there was a hidden object in this room, in the top-left of the room which was impossible to reach. There was an official Software Projects POKE which moved it to The Hall.
• anonymous: typing the words WRITETYPER after jumping through the ladder at the bottom would give you the chance to transport to other rooms via pressing various number combinations
