Welcome to Blagger! This remake is based on the Commodore 64 version of Blagger, which I enjoyed growing up. It's still being tested, but I believe it is stable and shouldn't have any major bugs. This game was released the same year as Manic Miner, and let's face it, it's a blatant rip-off of it!
Please post anything at all to do with Blagger here.
Note that some quirky behaviour I have carried over from the original version as I've tried to faithfully recreate the original. This includes the ability to jump from keys and the ability to jump through the tops of walls.
The original game had levels starting from zero however here I've renumbered them to start from one.
This game was written by Anthony Crowther who wrote many great Commodore 64 games - Anthony if you're out there get in touch !!! |

You could download a C64-emulator, and Blagger in emulator-format.

yes, well.. the java version looks like a better choice.
it would be nice if there was a 'full-screen' mode ;-)

It's not working for me right now, either. Using Mozilla Firefox, I get: "The server at darnkitty.g2-tech.co.uk is taking too long to respond."
I hope that this is just a temporary problem. |

Sorry to hear that, looks like it must have been a temporary problem with my hosting provider, it seems to be working now (for me anyway). |

On Revenge of Buzby the way I used to get the second key as a kid (down the bottom) is not working. Every time I run on the conveyor belt away from the security alarm under the decaying floor, the moment I hit space to jump I hit the security alarm. Is there any reason for this delay in jumping? |

Does not work anymore
Java-Plug-in 10.51.2.13
Java 1.7.0_51-b13
EDIT:
I had to add http://darnkitty.g2-tech.co.uk to the Java Sitelist. Otherwise this site is not allowed to start a java app

Hi Mark, please try following the instruction on this page: http://www.darnkitty.com/java-help.php. Oracle are making it harder and harder to run Java applications these days. |

Anyone who can't get the game to load - please note that the most recent versions of Chrome and Firefox no longer support JAVA. You will most likely need to use Internet Explorer or Safari to run the game. Please see this page for more information: http://www.darnkitty.com/java-help.php |
